Terms for using the Padel Analytics website and the Padel Analytics application.

1. Use of Padel Analytics
Padel Analytics is provided for personal match and effort tracking. You are responsible for the accuracy of the scores, names and ratings you enter, and for the training decisions you make from the results shown.
2. No mandatory account
Padel Analytics is designed to work without a mandatory account for logging and reviewing your own matches. If sharing or export features are introduced or expanded, they will remain optional and under your control.
3. Subscription and trial
Padel Analytics offers a trial period followed by a paid subscription, purchased and managed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Pricing, renewal and cancellation are governed by the terms of the store you purchased through.
4. Data ownership
Your match history, partner and opponent names, effort and discomfort ratings, notes and any imported health data remain yours. Padel Analytics does not claim ownership over your match records.
5. Self-reported data
Scores, effort ratings, discomfort levels and manual stroke counts are entered by you and are not independently verified. Values imported from Apple Health or Health Connect reflect what those platforms recorded and may be incomplete or estimated.
6. Safety
Padel Analytics is not a medical service and does not replace professional coaching or medical advice. Stop playing and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, chest symptoms or unusual distress.
